Gavin kept seeing the same pattern in business. When growth slows, businesses often spend more on marketing — but more traffic cannot fix a weak offer, a poor customer journey or broken fundamentals.
So he started Fix First as a new agency with a simple principle: find the real problem first, then build the right solution.
